New Policy Change: 14 Day FULL REFUNDS + FREE U.S. RETURNS on Valid Purchases (Not valid on purchases made before 1/1/17)

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase/s. If, for any reason, you are not please fill out a return form here within 14 days of received shipment date to receive a return label (only valid on U.S. purchases). Items must be shipped within 5 days of receiving label or contacting for return to be eligible for a return. All Return Labels will be VOID and invalid for return after 5 days of emailing them to you. 

PLEASE NOTE: FREE RETURNS ARE ONLY GIVEN ON REGULAR ORDERS/RETURNS

As long as the following conditions are met, we are happy to provide returns or exchanges for all items purchased from us:

  • All items must be in their original packaging
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks or wear tear on the inside/outside
  • Return form and/or originals receipts/invoices must be included
  • Hats and shoes must be sent in a box so as not to be damaged upon returning

Once returned item(s) is/are received your return will be processed within 3-6 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued equal to the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. If it is not, we will contact you to pay for return shipping to "return to sender." If return shipping is not paid, your order will not be refunded.  

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All items sold outside the U.S. are final sale 

Once an order has been made, it cannot be cancelled, including and especially PREORDERS - no exceptions will be made.

If you contact for a return past the 14 day policy (we will check your invoice date along with received shipment date) NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

* NOTE: We do not accept returns that were sold as PREORDER or SALE at the time of purchase. Sales include but are not limited to: Black Friday or Cyber Monday Sale, Flash Sales, BUY 1 GET 1 FREE, Discount Codes, or popup shops and markets. Any purchases made during a sale or as a marked down item cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

EXCHANGES

Contact us to return the item/s you would like to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead. Please fill out a return form, or email us at info@paigeavenue.com to receive a return label. When you send your return back, please let us know that it is an exchange and provide us with your original order number, along with your new order number showing your exchange purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to ensure proper credit. Send a picture of the damaged item to info@paigeavenue.com to receive an exchange.

LOST/STOLEN/RETURNED PACKAGES

If you believe that your package has been lost/stolen, or you are missing items, DO NOT throw away your packaging or invoice and contact your local USPS directly to make sure it hasn't been misplaced. If, after speaking with your local post office, they are not able to locate your package, please contact Paige Avenue and we will sort out the issue from there. 

If a package is returned to us because the address is deemed "undeliverable" we will not be responsible for the shipping charges to resend your item. Please make sure you give us the correct address, or send a note if there are special delivery requests according to the shipping company (i.e., USPS, FedEx, UPS)

For items that aren't valid for a free return, Paige Avenue is NOT responsible for those RETURN packages lost or stolen. Please be sure to contact us before sending your item/s back to us to ensure you have the correct address. We recommend purchasing insurance with tracking on your return packages so as to best protect yourself.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

All orders made outside the U.S. are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. No exceptions will be made, due to the fact that the time to receive a returned item outside the U.S. is too long. 

Paige Avenue is not responsible for paying custom fees. It is illegal for us to mark an item sold outside the U.S. as a gift. Please note that you will be responsible for paying those additional custom fees inside your own country. If an item is sent back to us because a customer failed to pick up their package and pay fees, we are not responsible for shipping your item out again.
